This Policy applies to:

• Visitors to the StructureConnect website.
• Businesses that subscribe to StructureConnect and the individual users they authorize.
• Suppliers, subcontractors, and builder personnel who exchange information through the Service.

If your company provides your access to StructureConnect, that company controls your account and may set its own rules for how you use it. Questions about your company's own handling of your information should go to that company.

2. Information we collect

Information you or your company provide

• Account and profile information: name, business email, phone number, job title, and login credentials.
• Company information: business name, address, tax or registration identifiers you choose to enter, and team member details.
• Operational data you enter or exchange through the Service: purchase orders, job and project details, schedules, deliveries, documents, and related records.
• Communications you send us, including support requests.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, and timestamps.
• Log data and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Cookies and similar technologies on our website (see Section 8).

Location information

If you use field-operations or delivery features, the Service may collect precise or approximate device location to support routing, dispatch, check-ins, or delivery tracking. Where required, we request permission before accessing location, and you can disable location access in your device settings, though some features may not work without it.

Payment information

Subscription billing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, or consumer financial account numbers through the Service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Create and manage accounts and authenticate users.
• Process transactions and exchange operational data between the businesses using the Service.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• Send service-related communications, such as account, security, and billing notices.
• Send product updates or marketing where permitted, which you can opt out of.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. How we share information

We share information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Service providers and sub-processors. We use trusted vendors to host and run the Service. They may process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it. See Section 5.
• Between businesses using the Service. StructureConnect exists to connect builders, suppliers, and subcontractors. Operational data you enter is shared with the counterparties you transact with through the Service.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Full Circle Solutions, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in control or use of your information.

5. Sub-processors

We rely on the following categories of providers:

• Cloud hosting and database: Supabase (running on Amazon Web Services).
• Application hosting and delivery: Vercel.
• Payment processing: Stripe.
• Email and communications: SendGrid.
• Analytics: Anthropic.

6. Data storage, international transfer, and retention

Where data is stored

Where your information is hosted depends on your location:

• Customers located in Australia: your information is hosted on infrastructure located in Australia.
• Customers located in the United States and Canada: your information is hosted on infrastructure located in the United States.

If you are a Canadian customer, your information is stored in the United States and may be accessible to United States authorities under United States law. If your information is transferred to and processed in a country other than the one in which you are located, that country may have data protection laws that differ from your own, and by using the Service you consent to that transfer and processing.

Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Service, and as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, or contractual obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest through our hosting providers, access controls, and environment separation. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the website functions.

Your rights depend on where you are located. In all cases, you can contact us using Section 12 to make a request, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity or confirm your authority to act for a business account before responding.

United States (including California)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Canada (PIPEDA)

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. As noted in Section 6, your information is stored in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. authorities under U.S. law.

Australia (Privacy Act / Australian Privacy Principles)

Your information is hosted on infrastructure located in Australia. You may request access to your personal information and ask us to correct it. If you have a privacy complaint, you may contact us first, and you may escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if unresolved.

Because StructureConnect is a business platform, much of the data in the Service is controlled by the business that authorized your account. For information your company controls, we may direct your request to that company or act on their instructions.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children and is intended only for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
